Renfe launches the new Renfe Ticket mobile application to manage ticket purchases and changes for all its High Speed, Long and Medium Distance services. This is the first version that will allow renfe.com visitors to perform these operations through mobile terminals, which already account for more than 32% of online traffic.
Integrated with renfe.com, the new app is available for iOS and Android operating systems and also allows to save tickets and season tickets, select the seat, incorporate the trip to the agenda, manage the Tempo program points and check the punctuality of trains, among other functions.
Registered users of renfe.com have more than fifteen functions with Renfe Ticket, although invited users can also use it to consult general information about Renfe and train traffic at all stations.
The application responds to Renfe’s interest in providing its customers with new services for the digital era in view of the significant growth of mobile devices and the traffic to renfe.com, which already exceeds 32% of total visits. In 2013, visits to the website through these terminals (tablets and smartphones) grew by 95%.

AVE and Avant users who request their Passbook card will receive it attached to an email. Creo que si te hubieras registrado en RENFE podrías haber conseguido la descarga de este Passport Wallet simplemente entrando en su propia área web.
Puedes utilizar el número de billete y generar un enlace de correo electrónico. Desde ahí sólo tienes que descargarlo en tu iPhone. Eso te da una opción para añadir a la Cartera. He hecho eso y he utilizado los billetes de la Cartera sin ningún problema.
Sólo tienes que utilizar tu número de localización para sacar el billete de la máquina expendedora de billetes de la estación. Hay muchas máquinas de este tipo en Atocha y Chamartín y sólo se tarda un par de minutos en obtener el billete.
Llego tarde a esta conversación, pero tengo la misma pregunta que el cartel original: ¿cómo puedo introducir el billete en la libreta de mi teléfono inteligente? Decirme que puedo imprimirlo en la estación no es una respuesta útil. Ya sabía que podía hacerlo. Preferiría que el billete estuviera en mi teléfono y no en un papel aparte.
